RugbyWA conducts an annual competition for 17 clubs contested from April to September. The Senior Rugby Competition, sponsored by KWIK, consists of four Grades, plus U20s and U18s.

2009 Draws, Results and Ladders
2009 Grade Ladders
1st Grade & 2nd Grade
Contested by 10 teams over 18 rounds plus a finals series. 1st Grade is the highest level of club rugby available in Western Australia.
3rd & 4th Grade
2009 saw the introduction of divisions within 3rd and 4th Grade. Different clubs competed with a maximum of 10 teams in any division playing 18 rounds plus a finals series.
Under 20s
Contested by nominated teams from various clubs, the competition consists of 18 rounds plus a finals series.
